Rainbow jumper

This lesson is one of the "social distancing PE Game". It's a safe and engaging activity created specifically with social distancing in mind. Credits go to teacherspayteachers.

• The runners try to complete as many rainbow sequences as they can. To do this, they must do 10 jumps in each color of hoop, and they must complete their sequence in this order - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. Of course you can change the colors, just adjust the sheet.
