Feed shoulderwidth apart and stand opposite your opponent. Hands in the air. Try to get your opponent out of balance by pushing his hands backwards, but you can also defend by pulling backwards. Attack and defend and score points by getting your opponent to take a step forwards or backwards. Play this game until 3 points and then change opponents in the class.
Tip: Talk about breathing. If you stay low in your breathing it is easier to concentrate.
